Discover Your Purpose and Set your Faith Ablaze!

BISHOP JOE KAMANDA

I am a firm believer that God has placed a unique purpose and divine potential within every individual. The call to "ignite your passion" is not just a motivational phrase, it’s a spiritual awakening to the gifts, dreams, and calling that God has placed in your life.

What Does It Mean to Ignite Your Passion?

To ignite your passion means to stir up the gifts within you (2 Timothy 1:6) and live with a fire that fuels your faith, purpose, and service. It’s about living beyond mere existence and stepping into a life of intentionality, joy, and spiritual fervor.

When you embrace your God-given passion, you:

  • Discover a deeper connection with God.

  • Pursue your purpose with clarity and confidence.

  • Impact the world around you with your unique gifts and talents.

IGNITING YOUR PASSION MATTERS

WHY IGNITING YOUR PASSION MATTERS

When your passion is ignited, you’re not just living for yourself—you’re living to glorify God and make an eternal impact. Your passion becomes a beacon of light, drawing others to Christ and transforming lives.

Imagine the ripple effect of a church filled with individuals living with passion, purpose, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Together, we can bring hope to our communities, share the love of Jesus, and build His kingdom.

STEPS TO IGNITE YOUR PASSION

  • Seek God First: Passion begins with God. When you align your heart with His, He reveals the desires and dreams He has placed within you. Spend time in prayer and scripture, asking God to show you how He wants to use you for His glory. "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4)

  • Embrace Your Gifts and Talents: God has uniquely equipped you with gifts, talents, and abilities that reflect His creativity and power. Whether it’s teaching, serving, leading, or creating, your passions are a key to fulfilling your divine purpose. Take time to identify your strengths and ask: How can I use these to serve God and others?

  • Connect with a Community: Passion thrives in the context of community. Surround yourself with people who inspire you, encourage you, and hold you accountable to pursue the calling God has placed on your life.

  • Step Out in Faith: Igniting your passion requires action. It means taking that first step, even when the path isn’t fully clear. Trust that God will guide you and equip you for the journey ahead. "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)
